The Master house

This partly 17th and partly 18th Century village house comprises 185 sqm distributed on 3 levels. With 4 enclosed bedrooms and 1 mezzanine bedroom, it can easily accommodate 10 adults. A double bed can be added on request to the 1st floor living room, creating a spacious master bedroom. Baby cots are also available.

The 3 south facing bedrooms benefit from stunning views on the garden while the East facing bedroom enjoys charming views of the farm house courtyard.

Ground floor

The ground floor of Maison de Maitre features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a dining room that comfortably seats 10 guests. The original ceramic tile flooring adds character, while contemporary art enhances the ambiance. Step outside to a large terrace with a dining table for 12, shaded by a majestic micocoulier tree and a large parasol, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.

1st floor

The first floor features a charming south-facing bedroom with an ensuite shower and authentic terracotta tiles. There's also a large living room that can be transformed into a master bedroom with a double bed or enjoyed as a relaxing space. A spacious bathroom showcases colorful tiles crafted by local artisans, complete with a bathtub and shower. Additionally, there's a separate toilet and ample built-in storage on the landing for convenience.

2nd floor

The second floor offers a cozy south-facing bedroom, a spacious south-facing bedroom with an ensuite shower, and an east-facing bedroom that provides charming views of the farmhouse. Additionally, a double bedroom at mezzanine level creates a unique and inviting setting.

The converted Silk farm

This 18th century stone silk farm was converted into an additional 150 sqm luxury home, on 2 levels, featuring one spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 60 sqm living/TV room with active fireplace and great volumes, and one Yamaha grand piano with silent system.

17th century farmhouse

Ground floor

The ground floor of the farmhouse features a stunning vaulted double reception room, spanning 65 square meters, ideal for hosting events. This expansive space includes an extendable dining table that accommodates up to 14 guests, along with a comfortable sitting and TV room area. A separate fully equipped kitchen enhances the functionality of this layout, making it perfect for seamless entertaining and gatherings. 1st and 2nd floors

The first and second floors of the farmhouse feature six double bedrooms spread across two storeys, each offering charming views of the silk farm's tiled roof and the surrounding gardens. The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with a homey touch, showcasing a curated selection of furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms maintain a delightful retro style, all in excellent condition, adding a unique character to the space while providing modern comfort. This combination of charm and comfort makes these upper floors a perfect retreat.

The Swimming Pool Complex

The pool house complex offers a remarkable sense of spaciousness, with stunning views of the lush garden and olive tree fields, creating a tranquil environment ideal for relaxation. This serene setting is also perfect for hosting events, including weddings, where guests can enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

The recently renovated swimming pool, measuring 15 x 7.5 meters, features three distinct depths: a shallow area for lounging and playing with small children, a 1-meter deep section for leisurely swimming, and a 3-meter deep area designed for diving from the unique "Whale Skeleton" diving board.
